NetSuite import failed after the record was created

Check what saved before retrying. A script or later processing step can fail after the record exists.

An afterSubmit script failed

Message may mention: AfterSubmit.

What it means

The record saved before a script failed.

Import context: General imports.

Check this first

Check that record before retrying.

Show the steps

Check what saved and what failed

  1. Read the result for a record identifier or wording that says the record was created.
  2. Locate that record and verify its current state.
  3. Identify the script, workflow, or saved-search dependency named in the failure, if one is provided.
  4. Ask the account administrator to inspect the relevant execution or access problem.
  5. Decide what needs to run again only after distinguishing the saved record from the failed follow-up work.

For a missing saved search, check whether the referenced search still exists and whether the import role can access it. For a generic unexpected error, collect the record type, mapping, result, and a minimal example instead of treating one documented scenario as the answer to every failure.

Do not make disabling scripts or workflow triggers a standard fix. That changes what runs during the import and can omit work the account depends on. Script and workflow execution

If that looks right

Read Oracle's guidance

A script exceeded its usage limit

What it means

A script exhausted its allowed execution usage.

Import context: General imports.

Check this first

Inspect the script failure and saved-record state.
