Every engagement starts with a conversation, not a contract. We talk through your environment, what is working, and what is not. From there we propose a scope: an ongoing retainer sized to your workload, a fixed-fee project, or implementation support for a defined phase.
In the first few weeks we get access to your account, review your configuration, roles, and open issues, and set priorities together. You get a clear picture of what needs attention and in what order before committing to a long list of work. You always work with a senior consultant directly. The same certified person scopes the work and does the work.
